One of the most important inventions in the latter part of the 20th century has been the Internet.  It has educated people all over the world and demonstrated the power of computers, and more importantly technology.  The success and popularity of a web site is largely based on design and how well viewers interact with the site.  Some designers have learned how to effectively convey their message using the internet, but there are far too many people who are still designing sites based on traditional print advertising and marketing techniques.  The Internet has proven that tradition stereotypes do not apply to it, so neither should traditional design techniques.  Below is our tested an proven design process:

A great deal of time must be invested in any project to properly research and understand the appropriate solution.  We commit ourselves to understanding the needs of our customers to provide them a custom solution that will allow them to grow as a company.  The key tasks in this phase include developing site maps, hardware requirements, establishing the look and feel of the site, defining the target audience, understanding performance and compatibility requirements and finally building a competitive analysis.

For most people this is the most exciting part of the design process because the product starts to come to life and establish an identity of its own.  With all of the data collected from our investigation, Infinity Solutions can now design a site that will effectively draw customer, keep them coming back and have them telling other people about their experience.  During this phase the site and its components are developed and put together.  
During the implementation phase the site is tested and approved to be sent into a live environment.  Our customers have the final say in what is acceptable.  Any last minute revisions and modification occur now as well.  Once the site is approved by management it is implemented and monitored.  
Next to the design phase the support phase is the most important part of the design process.  Though it may take us only a few weeks to design a site, we may be supporting and updating it for years.  Infinity Solutions is committed to assisting our customers in making modification to their site as they grow.  To be successful it is important to keep information up-to-date and accurate.
